We are so excited you found us and are interested in who we are.

We are both happily married and mothers of three amazing children. But before we were “moms” or “wives” we were very successful and independent career women with a passion to excel in our respective careers.

 

Kathi and I are both Orchard Park residents and surprisingly also transplants to the WNY area. We have both personally experienced moving/relocating: personally, corporate, military and government.

 

Because we are not native to WNY we both found ourselves intrigued and fascinated with WNY. Our love for this area has given us an “edge” we feel most realtors in the area do not have- we don’t take were we live for granted- we embrace everything from the architecture and history in Buffalo to the individuality of the surrounding towns.

 

That’s why we sell both in the North towns and South towns to include the city of Buffalo. To us driving from Orchard Park to Williamsville- is nothing! Our commutes when we lived in New Jersey, New York City, even Chicago were HOURS. So a short 25 minute drive is actually relaxing

Our team was created informally about 1.5 yrs ago. As real estate colleagues we found ourselves calling on each other when we needed to go out of town. We wanted to make sure our clients were properly being taken care of and in this business it’s so important to TRUST someone with your business- especially our clients.

 

We started to become from and coincidentally we also live in the same neighborhood so we had so much in common. BUT the attraction to team up was based more how different our areas of expertise were. We both have strong work ethics and truly believe at the end of the day as Realtors we should be ethical, honest, and diligent. We both care about how we are affecting our client’s lives- from house hunting, to selling our home.

 

We realize that this is not only one of your largest investments- this is also a place you will build your dreams, create memories- and for this reason we feel you should have the best of both worlds.

 

As we both have similar qualities our strengths in certain areas give us that defining edge most buyers and sellers need right now. We have found that in this business you need a few things besides the basics: knowledge, experience, and a license of course.

Syracuse University graduate- majored Broadcast Journalism and Political Science.

 

US Air Force Officer- served as a reservist with a few years Active duty- Operation Northern Watch and handled the TWA FLT. 800 Crash in Hampton Beach, NY. Assigned to the Pentagon to work for the Secretary of the Air Force Public Affairs Media Desk.

 

Worked as an International spokesperson for McDonald’s Corporation.

Licensed Realtor since 2004. Became Associate Broker in 2008. I have lived in Williamsville, Sunset Bay, and Orchard Park. We specialize in helping our clients sell or buy homes in the North towns, South towns and City of Buffalo.

We are also Relocation Specialists-certified USAA [government] and Cartus.

 

       Kathi Holder:

 

Kathi will never openly brag- so I will for her. She’s one of the smartest women I know. She graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Working closely with the packaging industry in plastics she tackled new product introductions, was granted a US Patent in design and saved Merck Pharmaceuticals and Kraft General Foods, her two employers, millions of dollars with packaging improvements. Now in real estate for 5 years she is extremely organized, has amazing attention to detail and is extremely creative. She methodically works through the process of buying and marketing homes making sure each step is on target. Her past clients can speak for her professionalism. Keeping abreast of the evolution of the real estate industry and its role in technology and internet is an important attribute to the team.
